Jamboland is seeking a dedicated Sales & Marketing Officer to join our team in Tanzania. This role is crucial for our growth as you will be responsible for identifying new clients and developing strategic sales plans to achieve organizational targets. You will play a key role in the entire sales lifecycle, from initial market research to negotiating terms and finalizing agreements that drive business success.
As part of your responsibilities, you will maintain a deep understanding of the local real estate market and competitive trends. You will arrange and lead site visits for potential clients, ensuring they receive a professional and informative experience. Additionally, you will be expected to prepare detailed sales reports for management, providing insights into market performance and areas for improvement.

Key Requirements
Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in real estate sales or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of the local real estate market.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Exceptional negotiation and closing skills.
Ability to drive a car (added advantage).
Searching for and identifying potential new clients.
Ability to conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis.
Proficiency in preparing and presenting sales reports to management.
