We are looking for a dedicated Advisor Human Resources to support our client's workforce needs in Arusha. The advisor will play a pivotal role in organizational development, talent assessment, and employee coaching, ensuring that HR strategies align with our broader operational goals. This role involves travel across three different locations within Arusha, making it ideal for a flexible and energetic HR professional.
You will be tasked with identifying talent gaps, implementing coaching frameworks, and fostering a positive organizational culture. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working effectively in an international environment, driving results through strategic people management.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Psychology
Master's degree in Human Resources or Psychology
At least 5 years of relevant HR experience
Experience of working in an international environment
Proven ability in assessing and coaching people
Willingness and flexibility to travel across Arusha
Self-motivated and enthusiastic approach to projects
Proactive attitude toward achieving organizational results
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Proficiency in HR management systems and labor laws
