ITM Africa is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Manager to join our client's team based in Dar es Salaam. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all human resources operations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive work environment. Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration
Minimum of 3 years' experience in an HR managerial role
Experience within the microfinance or financial services sector
Strong knowledge of Tanzanian labor laws
Proven ability in recruitment and selection processes
Experience in employee relations and conflict resolution
Expertise in performance management and appraisal systems
Knowledge of learning and development strategies
Competence in compensation and benefits administration
Strong understanding of HR policy implementation
