Isora Beauty is seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales & Business Development Representative to join our growing team in Dar es Salaam. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying potential business partners, including salons, beauty stores, and makeup artists, and presenting our wholesale offerings. You will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence through proactive field visits and relationship management.

Key Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or a related field.
Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer-facing roles.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Swahili.
Strong negotiation and persuasive selling abilities.
Proven ability to work effectively toward achieving specific sales targets.
High degree of self-motivation and organizational capability.
Ability to conduct consistent field visits across Dar es Salaam.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office or CRM software for sales reporting.
Professionalism in client interactions and business networking.
Interest in the beauty and cosmetics retail sector.
