Key Requirements
At least 10 years of comprehensive HR experience.
Previous experience in a leadership or senior advisory role.
Extensive experience working within multinational organizational structures.
Demonstrated ability to manage and influence senior stakeholders.
In-depth knowledge of Saudi Arabia (KSA) labor laws.
Proficiency in developing and implementing HR best practices.
Experience in driving regional HR strategy and talent development.
Strong background in employee engagement and retention strategies.
Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
