HEAD OF CORPORATE AFFAIRS @ IRIS EXECUTIVE
We are looking for a strategic Head of Corporate Affairs to lead our communication and stakeholder management efforts in Dar es Salaam. This senior role involves managing the company's reputation, building relationships with government and regulatory bodies, and overseeing all corporate communication strategies. You will serve as the primary spokesperson for the organization, ensuring that our brand values and mission are effectively communicated to the public and internal stakeholders.
The successful candidate will design and implement comprehensive corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives and manage crisis communication plans. You will work closely with the executive leadership team to align corporate affairs activities with the overall business objectives. This is a high-impact role requiring exceptional negotiation skills and a deep understanding of the Tanzanian socio-political landscape to navigate complex regulatory environments effectively.

Key Requirements
