KEY ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE @ IPPMS
IPPMS, a leading manpower solutions provider, is seeking a dynamic and client-focused Key Accounts Executive to join its team in Dar es Salaam. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing key client accounts, coordinating HR service delivery, ensuring client satisfaction, overseeing payroll coordination, onboarding, employee welfare, and maintaining strong client relationships while ensuring contractual and service level obligations are met.
In this role, the Executive will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless service delivery and resolving any operational challenges that may arise. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure all HR functions meet the highest quality standards, contributing to the overall growth and retention of the company's client base through proactive account management and strategic problem-solving.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or Public Administration.
Minimum of 2–3 years of professional experience in Human Resources.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and employee onboarding strategies.
Proven experience in payroll coordination and HR administration.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Comprehensive understanding of Tanzanian Labour Laws and HR best practices.
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
Ability to handle service delivery tasks and meet contractual obligations.
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work in a client-facing environment.
