SALES ASSISTANT (FEMALE) @ INSPIREHR
Our client, a growing retail business, is seeking a smart, energetic, and customer-oriented Sales Cum Assistant to join their team in Kunduchi Mall, Dar es Salaam. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sales, enjoy interacting with customers, and possess strong organizational and administrative skills to contribute to a dynamic retail environment.This role involves a diverse set of responsibilities aimed at enhancing customer experience and supporting store operations. Key duties include welcoming and assisting customers, promoting products to achieve sales targets, and effectively managing customer inquiries and complaints. The assistant will also be responsible for processing sales transactions, maintaining accurate records, and supporting inventory management, stock replenishment, and product display. Furthermore, the role requires maintaining a clean and organized store environment and assisting with various administrative and operational tasks, including digital communication with customers.
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in sales, customer service, retail, or a similar role.
Strong passion for sales and customer service.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Computer literate and conversant with POS systems and digital tools.
Professional appearance and presentation.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proactive, enthusiastic, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
