Seeking a high-performing Sales Manager to lead business development for lubricants and base oils in Nigeria. This role requires a professional with deep expertise in the Nigerian energy and lubricants market, specifically focusing on B2B export sales and the management of large-scale dealer networks. You will be responsible for identifying new market opportunities, expanding channel reach, and managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to final delivery.
Candidates must have a strong understanding of Nigerian port regulations, customs procedures, and logistics by road and sea. The role involves significant travel across the country and the West African region to coordinate with importers and ensure customer satisfaction. This position is ideal for a strategic leader who can manage product P&L and drive long-term growth in a competitive industrial landscape.

Key Requirements
Technical Degree or Chemical Engineering qualification.
MBA in International Business is highly desirable.
8 to 15 years of industry experience in Lubricants or Base Oil.
Demonstrated success in B2B sales within the Nigerian market.
Existing relationships with major Nigerian importers and traders.
Comprehensive knowledge of African government procedures for lubricant imports.
Proficiency in English; French is a mandatory additional language.
Valid driving license and ability to travel extensively.
Expertise in international supply chain and freight forwarding coordination.
Strong P&L management and reporting skills.
