Key Requirements
Minimum 1 year experience in UAE recruitment market
Strong candidate sourcing & screening skills
Good communication and coordination ability
Knowledge of overseas recruitment process is a plus
Target-driven and serious about career growth
Experience with diverse hiring platforms and databases
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Analytical skills to assess candidate suitability
Proactive approach to talent mapping and pipelining
