Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (MBA or postgraduate qualification preferred).
Aged 45 years or below.
Proven experience as a CEO, GM, or Operations Director.
Strong leadership and people-management experience.
Significant exposure to the mining or industrial sector.
Excellent strategic decision-making and business development skills.
Ability to build, mentor, and lead high-performing executive teams.
Strong financial acumen for managing profitability and budgets.
Deep understanding of corporate governance and compliance.
Experience navigating international business markets.
