IN-PERSON SALES DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE (IN-FIELD SDR) @ IMCS GROUP
We are seeking high-energy, driven In-Person Sales Development Representatives for field-based opportunities across several locations in the United States, specifically Marshfield and Ozark in Missouri, Palm Coast and Fort St. Lucie in Florida, Wilson in North Carolina, Gainesville in Texas, and Glenwood Springs and Silverthorne in Colorado. As an In-Field SDR, you will be the first point of contact for restaurant owners, combining in-person visits with cold calling and strategic prospecting to build trust and present value propositions. Your mission is to book qualified meetings for Regional Merchant Leads through consultative discovery conversations and uncovering client pain points. This role is a W2 contract opportunity for a duration of 6+ months, offering a pay rate between $22.41/hr and $23/hr depending on location, plus incentives of $50 per meeting held and $75 per closed win. You will be responsible for managing your assigned territory, logging all activities within Salesforce and Google Workspace, and maintaining a professional demeanor while engaging decision-makers on-site. The role requires someone who enjoys being in the field, building real relationships, and seeing an immediate impact on the local business community.
Key Requirements
1+ year in outbound/field sales, retail, hospitality, or customer-facing roles
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable with in-person outreach and walk-ins
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Ability to work restaurant-friendly hours
Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
Background in restaurant or local business industries
Ability to perform frequent driving within the assigned territory
Capability to spend extended periods on your feet
Ability to carry and present light sales materials
