The In-Person Sales Development Representative (In-Field SDR) is a high-energy role focused on driving growth through direct, face-to-face engagement with local business owners. Candidates will be responsible for managing an assigned territory, conducting on-site visits, and utilizing a mix of cold calling and strategic prospecting to build trust and present value. The primary goal is to uncover pain points and book qualified meetings for Regional Merchant Leads. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced field environment and enjoy the challenge of blending high-volume outreach with personal selling. This W2 contract opportunity offers a competitive hourly pay rate of $22.41 to $23.00, supplemented by performance-based incentives including $50 for every meeting held and $75 for every closed win.

The role requires frequent driving and physical activity, such as being on your feet for long periods and carrying light sales materials. Available locations for this position include Marshfield and Ozark in Missouri; Palm Coast and Fort St. Lucie in Florida; Wilson, North Carolina; Gainesville, Texas; and Glenwood Springs and Silverthorne in Colorado. Successful candidates will leverage Salesforce and Google Workspace to log activity and track progress within their designated region. Key Requirements

At least 1 year of experience in outbound sales, field sales, retail, or hospitality roles. Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills for face-to-face engagement. Demonstrated comfort with in-person outreach and conducting unannounced walk-ins. Possession of a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Access to reliable transportation for daily travel within the assigned territory. Ability to work flexible, restaurant-friendly hours to meet with decision-makers. Physical stamina to remain on your feet for extended periods and carry sales materials. Previous experience using Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly preferred. Background in the restaurant industry or working with local small businesses is an asset. Proven ability to manage a territory independently and log daily activities accurately. Skilled in consultative discovery conversations and uncovering client pain points.
