COMMERCIAL MANAGER @ IHCC
We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Commercial Manager to oversee all financial and legal aspects of a major construction project based in Al Ain, Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the commercial interests of the project, including cost control, contract administration, and the implementation of effective procurement strategies. Key Requirements
10–15+ years of extensive experience in UAE construction projects.
Strong expertise in FIDIC contracts and international construction law.
Proven proficiency in managing complex claims and contract variations.
Solid background in cost control and commercial management processes.
Previous experience working specifically with main contractors is preferred.
Must be available to join the project immediately.
Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Professional membership such as MRICS or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Advanced proficiency in MS Office suite and construction-specific management software.
