REGIONAL BUSINESS EXECUTIVE - 6 POSITIONS @ IGNITE ENERGY ACCESS
Ignite Energy Access is hiring six Regional Business Executives to drive our sales and business development efforts across various regions in Tanzania. As a Regional Business Executive, you will be on the front lines, engaging with communities and stakeholders to promote and deliver our energy solutions. This role requires a high degree of mobility and a deep understanding of regional market dynamics within the country.
You will be responsible for meeting sales targets, building strong customer relationships, and representing Ignite Energy Access with professionalism and enthusiasm. We are looking for results-oriented individuals who are eager to contribute to our mission of providing affordable and sustainable energy to underserved areas. Multiple positions are available to cover diverse regions across the country, requiring candidates to be adaptable to different local environments.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in rural markets.
Strong knowledge of the energy sector in Tanzania.
Ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Ability to travel extensively within assigned regions.
Valid driving license and ability to operate a motorcycle if required.
Strong organizational and reporting skills.
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Strong cultural awareness and ability to build rapport with local communities.
