Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing or advertising
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in social media management tools
Creative design skills using tools like Adobe Suite or Canva
Strong organizational and event coordination abilities
Ability to analyze campaign performance and report results
Understanding of local market dynamics in Tanzania
High level of proficiency in English and Swahili
Experience in managing brand presence across multiple platforms
