A leading company in the industrial oil and gas sector is currently seeking a results-driven Technical Sales Engineer to support business growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive technical solutions and managing key client relationships to drive revenue. This role involves a mix of technical expertise and commercial strategy, requiring the candidate to work closely with engineering and operations teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet client-specific needs. The salary for this position is ₦800,000 Monthly.
In this role, you will identify and develop new business opportunities while providing technical support and product recommendations to clients. You will be responsible for preparing detailed proposals, quotations, and technical presentations to secure high-value deals. Additionally, the role requires managing long-term client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business while consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and business objectives.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field
5–10 years’ experience in technical sales
Deep industry knowledge in Oil & Gas, Engineering, or Industrial sectors
Strong understanding of technical products, equipment, and solutions
Proven ability to generate leads and close high-value deals
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to interpret technical specifications and client requirements
Strong commercial and relationship management skills
Ability to work collaboratively with engineering and operations teams
Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting software
