As the primary representative in the region, the successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing high-quality training venues and identifying qualified facilitators to ensure the seamless delivery of consultancy programs. Key Requirements
Proven experience in business development or a similar strategic role within Tanzania.
A strong and active professional network in Dar es Salaam and surrounding regions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to represent the company to stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to source and negotiate with training venues and service providers.
Experience in identifying, vetting, and managing professional trainers and facilitators.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle client follow-up and logistics.
A passion for professional development and consultancy initiatives.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks across different locations.
Fluency in English and Swahili to facilitate local and international communication.
Relevant degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
