HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICER @ ICHEETAH LOGTECH TANZANIA LIMITED
ICHEETAH LOGTECH Tanzania Limited is actively seeking a dynamic, results-oriented, and experienced Human Resources Officer to join our expanding team. This pivotal role involves managing the full spectrum of recruitment and selection processes, with a particular emphasis on sourcing and hiring drivers and other transport-related personnel. The successful candidate will be instrumental in coordinating interviews, facilitating smooth onboarding experiences, and meticulously managing all employee documentation.
Beyond recruitment, the Human Resources Officer will be responsible for maintaining accurate employee records and HR databases, ensuring strict compliance with all Tanzanian Labour Laws and company policies. This role also involves actively supporting employee relations initiatives and contributing to various other HR functions as assigned, playing a crucial part in fostering a positive and productive work environment within ICHEETAH LOGTECH Tanzania Limited.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Public Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in recruitment, preferably recruiting drivers and transport personnel.
Good understanding of Tanzanian Labour Laws.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to work under pressure and meet recruitment deadlines.
