ICHEETAH LOGTECH TANZANIA LIMITED is looking for a dedicated and experienced HR and Administration Officer to manage core human resources and administrative functions. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting the growth of our logistics business by building a high-performing, compliant, and people-centered workplace. You will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, employee documentation, and ensuring that all company policies align with the latest industry standards and regulatory requirements in the logistics sector.

In addition to human resources management, the role involves overseeing administrative tasks and serving as a vital link between management and staff. You will coordinate training programs, handle performance management, and ensure payroll accuracy. By fostering a positive and productive organizational culture, the HR and Administration Officer will help the company deliver excellence and grow sustainably within the Tanzanian market. The role requires a professional who can maintain high levels of confidentiality and integrity while working under pressure.

Key Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Public Administration, Law, or a related field. 3-5 years of professional experience in an HR and Administration role. Strong knowledge of Tanzanian labour laws and HR compliance standards. Proven experience in payroll management and ensuring accurate financial reporting. Familiarity with HRIS software; specific experience with ARUTI is a significant advantage. Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other office productivity tools. Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Strong integrity with the ability to handle confidential and sensitive information. Experience in managing end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and contract management.
