This role is critical for organizations seeking to align their compensation and performance structures with market benchmarks and strategic objectives. We value consultants who bring a data-driven approach to designing reward systems that drive motivation and excellence.
The successful candidate will lead the design of performance management frameworks and total rewards strategies that reflect the unique requirements of the UAE market. By leveraging your experience from Big4 or MBB firms, you will provide clients with high-level advice on how to optimize their investment in human capital through effective rewards and performance design.

Key Requirements
7–10+ years of experience in rewards and performance management design.
Previous experience in a Big4 or MBB consulting environment is essential.
Deep knowledge of compensation and benefit trends in the UAE.
Skill in designing and implementing performance appraisal systems.
Strong analytical skills for compensation benchmarking and data modeling.
Experience in developing variable pay and incentive structures.
Ability to communicate complex reward concepts to diverse stakeholders.
Understanding of regional labor laws and compliance requirements.
Focus on delivering quality and impactful rewards solutions.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, or Business Administration.
