IBKI Enterprises Limited is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Consumer Electronics Manager to lead and expand our distribution business throughout Tanzania. This is a critical senior leadership role where you will be responsible for managing high-level principal brand relationships and overseeing a dedicated team of five Regional Sales Executives. You will have full accountability for the divisional P&L, ensuring that revenue targets are met and margin discipline is maintained across all operations. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the consumer electronics industry, specifically within distribution, retail, or brand management sectors. Beyond just managing daily activities, you will be expected to drive strategic growth and demonstrate a strong commercial track record. This role requires an individual with significant experience in the East Africa market who can navigate multi-zone and multi-channel operations effectively to build something lasting and impactful within the organization. Your primary goal will be to own results and scale the business footprint across Dar es Salaam and the wider Tanzanian region.

Key Requirements

CE industry experience in distribution, retail, or brand management. Strong commercial track record with revenue ownership and margin discipline. Proven team leadership experience across multi-zone or multi-channel operations. Extensive knowledge of the East Africa consumer market and business environment. Demonstrated ability to manage and grow principal brand relationships. Full accountability for divisional Profit and Loss (P&L) statements. Strong strategic thinking and execution skills within the electronics sector. Excellent communication, presentation, and high-level negotiation skills. Proficiency in data-driven sales analysis and CRM reporting tools. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
