RECRUITER (NON-IT) @ HSJB GLOBAL
HSJB Global is actively seeking a professional and dedicated Female Recruiter (Non-IT) to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, focusing on high-volume non-IT roles. Your primary duties will include sourcing potential candidates, screening resumes, and coordinating interview schedules to ensure a smooth hiring flow. You will be expected to meet daily, weekly, and monthly hiring targets while maintaining a high standard of candidate quality. The salary for this position is up to AED 4,000 per month, depending on the candidate's previous experience and performance in the field.
In addition to sourcing, you will handle critical tasks such as salary negotiations and the rollout of official offer letters. Ensuring consistent follow-ups with candidates until their joining date is a vital part of this role. We are looking for someone with strong communication skills who can navigate the complexities of consultancy recruitment with ease. Candidates on a Spouse Visa are preferred for this position. Key Requirements
1 to 3 years of proven experience in consultancy recruitment for non-IT sectors.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with diverse candidates.
Strong negotiation skills to manage salary expectations and offer rollouts.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment and meet strict hiring deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with CRM or ATS tools.
Female candidates currently residing in Dubai are preferred.
Possession of a valid Spouse Visa is highly advantageous.
Demonstrated ability to handle the entire recruitment lifecycle independently.
Highly self-motivated with a proactive approach to sourcing and candidate management.
Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple interview schedules and follow-ups.
