The HR & Admin Manager for our Plastic Manufacturing division is a dual-role position that bridges human capital management with essential office administration. You will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle, from identifying talent needs to managing the onboarding of new employees. Your expertise will be vital in developing and maintaining HR policies that align with the specific needs of a manufacturing environment while ensuring strict compliance with Tanzanian labor laws.
Beyond recruitment, you will oversee payroll, benefits administration, and the maintenance of employee records. You will act as a primary point of contact for employee relations, addressing workplace concerns and fostering a positive company culture. Your administrative duties will involve coordinating interdepartmental communication, managing staff training programs, and ensuring the smooth operation of the office and factory administrative functions. Confidentiality and professional integrity are paramount in this high-responsibility role.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management.
Professional experience within the plastic manufacturing industry is highly preferred.
High proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems).
Expert-level skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Exceptional organizational and administrative skills.
Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
Demonstrated success in conflict resolution and employee mediation.
Unwavering ability to manage sensitive and confidential information.
Comprehensive knowledge of Tanzanian labor laws, payroll regulations, and NSSF requirements.
