COUNTRY MANAGER (RETAIL) EAST AFRICA @ HSD HUMAN RESOURCE SOLUTIONS
HSD Human Resource Solutions is looking for an experienced Country Manager to lead and oversee retail operations across the East African region. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic business plans to drive growth and profitability within the retail sector. You will oversee all aspects of the business, including supply chain management, sales, and marketing strategies.
This role requires a high level of leadership to manage diverse teams and ensure operational excellence. You will represent the company in local markets, managing stakeholder relationships and ensuring compliance with regional regulations. Key focus areas include market analysis, budget management, and enhancing customer experience standards across all retail outlets in Tanzania and the broader East Africa region.

Proven track record in strategic planning and business growth.
Strong financial management and budgeting skills.
In-depth knowledge of the East African retail market.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle stakeholder relations at a high level.
Fluency in English and Swahili is required.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Willingness to travel extensively across the region.
