SALES REPRESENTATIVE - HEAVY DUTY EQUIPMENTS (2 POSITIONS) @ HRWORLD
HR World Limited, on behalf of our client, is seeking to recruit two competent Sales Representatives who will be responsible for driving sales, developing customer relationships, and promoting Hyundai Construction Equipment products to achieve business growth and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be a proactive professional capable of managing the full sales cycle from lead identification to closing, ensuring that our heavy machinery portfolio meets the needs of diverse industrial clients.
In this role, you will be representing a major automotive and construction equipment brand. You will be expected to travel for site visits, deliver high-impact product demonstrations, and maintain technical knowledge of excavators, wheel loaders, and forklifts. This position requires a dedication to both acquiring new business and providing exceptional after-sales support in coordination with our technical teams.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, Automotive Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales of construction equipment, heavy machinery, or commercial vehicles.
Proven ability to achieve sales targets and develop long-term customer relationships.
Strong negotiation, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office applications.
Valid driving license for frequent travel to client sites.
Strong understanding of heavy machinery technical specifications and market trends.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Exceptional problem-solving skills to address client needs.
Ability to build and maintain professional networks in the construction and mining sectors.
