OPERATIONS MANAGER @ HRWORLD
HR World Limited is seeking a dedicated Operations Manager on behalf of our client in the Power and Energy industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and overseeing all operational activities, ensuring efficient project execution, and optimal resource utilization. You will play a critical role in strategic planning, providing operational insights to achieve business objectives in line with company strategy, and maintaining high standards of productivity and customer satisfaction. The role requires a candidate who can balance technical expertise with high-level managerial oversight to ensure the company reaches its goals effectively.
In this role, you will manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered within scope, time, and budget. You will supervise project teams, lead recruitment and training, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with regulatory standards, manage company assets, and promote Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards across all projects. This position offers an opportunity to drive growth and support the development of new business lines such as solar solutions and electrical systems while maintaining professional stakeholder relationships.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 5–8 years’ experience in operations or project management roles.
Strong background in electrical, mechanical, telecom, or related industries is an added advantage.
Proven leadership and team management skills with experience supervising Project Managers.
Strong financial and business acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
Excellent problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities for continuous improvement.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills for reporting and updates.
Comprehensive knowledge of Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards and compliance.
Proven project management and execution capabilities within scope, time, and budget.
Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities and prepare technical proposals.
