MARKETING MANAGER @ HRWORLD LTD
Hrworld Ltd is seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Manager to spearhead business development and market expansion within the construction and infrastructure sector in Tanzania. The successful candidate will be instrumental in identifying new project opportunities, fostering strategic partnerships, and enhancing the company's market presence through comprehensive stakeholder engagement and investment strategies. The role involves a wide range of responsibilities including conducting market scoping, promoting innovative business models like Public-Private Partnerships (PPPs), and managing relationships with key accounts, government bodies, and financial institutions. You will also lead efforts in developing local supply chain partners and ensuring compliance with local content requirements while providing technical input during the feasibility stages of various projects to ensure alignment with client needs and company capabilities.
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in business development, sales, or marketing within the construction, infrastructure, or EPC industry.
Strong understanding of PPP frameworks, infrastructure investments, and construction project cycles.
Proven experience in stakeholder engagement and key account management with government and financial institutions.
Strong market analysis, strategic planning, and business development capabilities.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders.
Strong analytical and reporting skills with proficiency in MS Office applications.
Technical understanding of construction and engineering projects as a core advantage.
Deep knowledge of Tanzanian local content requirements and national project implementation policies.
