Key Requirements
Proven experience as a Loan Officer or in a similar financial role.
Strong understanding of lending processes and financial regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse clients.
Ability to analyze financial data and assess credit risk accurately.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and banking software.
High level of integrity and professional ethics.
Ability to work independently and meet monthly performance targets.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on problem-solving.
Residency or ability to commute to Babati, Mbulu, or Karatu.
