SALES EXECUTIVE @ HR WORLD

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, conducting market research, and delivering high-impact product presentations to prospective clients. This role requires a professional who can handle customer inquiries with excellence and maintain detailed records of all sales activities to ensure targets are met within scheduled timelines. Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales or a similar role.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM systems is an added advantage).
Excellent presentation and public speaking abilities.
Strong organizational skills for maintaining sales records.
Ability to conduct thorough market research to identify leads.
Experience in the financial services sector preferred.
