HR World Ltd, on behalf of their client in the financial services sector, is looking for a dedicated Recovery Officer to join their team. This role is fundamental to the company's financial health, as the officer will be responsible for managing and safeguarding the credit portfolio. The primary focus involves ensuring the timely collection of monthly installments, minimizing delinquency, and maintaining strong customer relationships in alignment with company policies and regulatory requirements. Key Requirements
Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in credit recovery, collections, or financial services.
Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
Ability to work independently, conduct field visits, and handle challenging situations professionally.
Good understanding of credit risk, leasing contracts, and recovery procedures.
Proficiency in MS Office applications; experience with recovery or financial systems is an added advantage.
Ability to prepare and issue recovery letters, payment reminders, demand notices, and tax invoices.
Experience in handling restructuring requests, installment postponements, and contract modifications.
Familiarity with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and audit standards for recovery activities.
Proven ability to prepare accurate daily, weekly, and monthly recovery reports for management.
Analytical skills to track portfolio performance trends and recommend efficiency improvements.
