SALES & PROCUREMENT MANAGER @ HR WORLD LIMITED
HR World Limited is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales & Procurement Manager on behalf of a prominent client in the Aluminium & Glass industry. This dual role involves driving business development through lead generation and relationship management while overseeing the end-to-end procurement process. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new opportunities within the construction and real estate sectors, visiting project sites, and engaging with contractors and consultants to secure deals.
On the procurement side, the manager will handle sourcing both locally and internationally, negotiating with suppliers to ensure high-quality materials are obtained at competitive prices. You will work closely with the operations team to coordinate material requirements and ensure that project timelines are strictly met. This position requires a professional with a blend of technical expertise in construction materials and strong commercial acumen to support the growth and efficiency of the company's projects.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or Engineering.
Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in sales within construction, aluminium, glass, or façade industry.
Proven experience in procurement and supplier management.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Technical knowledge of aluminium and glass materials is an added advantage.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
Ability to conduct regular site visits and engage with developers and contractors.
Proficiency in preparing accurate quotations and following up with clients.
Experience in sourcing materials both locally and internationally.
Strong organizational skills to coordinate with operations and meet project timelines.
