Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in HR or administrative roles.
Basic understanding of HR functions and local labor laws.
Proficiency in MS Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective employee relations.
Excellent organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and high professional standards.
