In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing them with information, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. You will be responsible for handling inquiries via phone and email, as well as assisting walk-in clients. Key Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Public Relations or Social Sciences
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Fluency in both Swahili and English languages
Creative problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Previous experience in a customer service or support role
Ability to handle customer complaints professionally
Proficiency in basic office productivity tools
High level of patience and empathy for clients
Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities
Effective conflict resolution and mediation skills
