FOOD AND BEVERAGE MANAGER @ HOTEL ROLAX
Hotel Rolax is seeking a professional and experienced Food and Beverage Manager to lead our dining and beverage operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of the department, ensuring that all food and beverage services meet the highest standards of quality and guest satisfaction. This role involves supervising and training staff, managing schedules, and coordinating with the culinary team to deliver a seamless dining experience. We are looking for a dedicated leader who can foster a positive working environment while maintaining operational excellence. In addition to operational oversight, the Food and Beverage Manager will handle administrative and financial duties including budgeting, cost control, and inventory management. You will be responsible for monitoring stock levels, negotiating with suppliers, and implementing strategies to optimize revenue and minimize waste. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of the hospitality industry, ensuring that Hotel Rolax continues to provide top-tier service to our guests in the Migori region.
Key Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Food & Beverage Management
2-3 years work experience in hotel Food & Beverage
Budgeting & Cost Control knowledge
Supplier & stock management
