The manager will be tasked with overseeing construction material budgets and managing the end-to-end sales process to ensure corporate objectives are met.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management related field.
Five years or more of proven experience in business development or sales within the construction industry.
Strong understanding of tendering, contracts, and project acquisition processes.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and client relationship skills.
Commercially driven with strong financial and analytical awareness.
Ability to develop and implement strategic plans to reach new market segments.
Proven ability to manage budgets ranging from 1,200,000 to 1,500,000 Tsh effectively.
Strong networking capabilities within the construction and materials sector in Tanzania.
Proficiency in identifying, qualifying, and closing new business leads.
Willingness and availability to attend in-person interviews in Kigamboni.
