Key Requirements
Significant experience in the sales of tiles, ceramics, and sanitary products
Strong leadership skills to manage and motivate a diverse sales team
Excellent customer service and relationship management capabilities
Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies for building materials
Knowledge of the construction and interior design market in Dar es Salaam
Strong communication and professional presentation abilities
Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
Proven ability to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field of study
Valid driver's license and willingness to visit project sites across the city
