SALES MANAGER @ HIRECREST
Hirecrest is currently seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join a leading organization within the Steel Industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business development and managing key accounts, focusing on products such as TMT Bars, Wire Rods, BRC Mesh, and Binding Wire. This role requires a strategic thinker who can navigate the competitive industrial landscape to achieve sales targets and expand the company's market share. Work locations may include various major cities such as Lagos, Abuja, Port Harcourt, and Kano.
In addition to sales execution, the role involves building long-term relationships with construction firms and industrial clients. Candidates are expected to have a solid background in Engineering or Commerce, combined with an MBA in Sales to handle both technical and commercial negotiations. With 5 to 8 years of professional experience, the Sales Manager will play a vital role in executing the company's growth strategy across the Nigerian market, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.

Key Requirements
Minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in the Steel Industry.
Proven expertise in selling TMT Bars and Wire Rods.
Experience with BRC Mesh and Binding Wire products.
Qualification: MBA (Sales), Engineering, or Commerce degree.
Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to develop and maintain relationships with industrial clients.
In-depth knowledge of the Nigerian steel market and construction industry.
Proficiency in sales reporting and CRM software.
Ability to work independently and travel to various regions in Nigeria.
Strong analytical skills for market trends and competitor analysis.
