OPERATIONS MANAGER @ HIGHLAND ESTATES LTD
Highland Estates Ltd is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Operations Manager to oversee diverse business units including Trading (Yara Fertilizer), Sales & Marketing for agricultural equipment, and the strategic expansion of our market hubs. The successful candidate will also be responsible for managing Clearing & Forwarding operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance across all logistics and supply chain activities.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate leadership in operational management and business development. You will be instrumental in driving organizational growth, optimizing internal processes, and maintaining high standards of service delivery across our various operational sectors within Tanzania. This role requires a professional with a strong track record of operational excellence and a proactive approach to managing complex business portfolios.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field
5-10 years of proven experience in operational management
Experience in managing agricultural equipment sales and marketing
Knowledge of Clearing and Forwarding operations and regulatory compliance
Proficiency in strategic market hub expansion and business development
Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage diverse teams
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Valid University Certificate
Valid Form IV Certificate
Possession of a NIDA ID and TIN Number
