HF Group is seeking a strategic and innovative leader to take on the role of Head, Business Channels Tribe. This is a critical position driving the evolution of our digital and business channels, focusing on transformation and delivering high-impact solutions within the financial services sector. The leader will be responsible for defining the vision and roadmap for business channels, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of our customers and the business.
The successful candidate will lead a multidisciplinary team in developing and optimizing digital banking experiences and physical business channels. You will be expected to foster a culture of innovation and excellence, navigating the complexities of the digital landscape to maintain a competitive edge. This role involves close collaboration with various stakeholders to align channel strategies with corporate goals and drive sustainable growth for the organization.

Key Requirements
A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
A minimum of 10 years of experience in the financial services sector with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
Proven track record of driving digital transformation and managing business channels successfully.
In-depth knowledge of digital banking trends, fintech innovations, and customer behavior patterns.
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to execute complex initiatives.
Exceptional leadership and people management skills to guide a diverse tribe/team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
Experience in Agile methodologies and product development lifecycles.
Solid understanding of the regulatory environment governing banking and digital financial services in Kenya.
A Master’s degree or professional certifications in leadership or digital transformation will be an added advantage.
