Herocean Enterprises Tanzania Ltd is looking for an Administration Assistant to join the team in Dar es Salaam. The role involves organizing and archiving company documents, processing various licenses and registrations, and handling TRA documentation. The assistant will manage schedules, meetings, and communications for executives, ensuring that all meeting minutes are accurately recorded and distributed. Additionally, the role involves managing office supplies, supporting procurement processes, and preparing professional reports and presentations using MS Office tools.
The salary for this position is TZS 400,000 Gross with a 6-month probation period. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, capable of working in a fast-paced environment, and possess strong communication skills. Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, HR, or related field
1–2 years’ experience is an added advantage
Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Experience in processing licenses and TRA documentation
Proficiency in recording and distributing meeting minutes
Knowledge of office supply management and procurement support
Strong archiving and document management skills
Ability to prepare detailed reports and presentations
