HUMAN RESOURCE (HR) & ADMIN ASSISTANT OFFICER @ HEROCEAN BAIZHUO TECHNOLOGY TANZANIA LTD
Herocean Baizhuo Technology Tanzania Ltd, a prominent player in the manufacturing sector specializing in PVC production, is seeking a motivated and experienced HR & Admin Assistant Officer to join our team in Dar es Salaam. This role is pivotal in supporting our day-to-day human resource functions and ensuring that our administrative processes run smoothly and efficiently within our factory environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including managing recruitment and onboarding procedures, overseeing employee attendance, and providing essential support for payroll administration. As an HR professional within our firm, you will play a key role in maintaining compliance with Tanzanian labor laws and fostering a productive workplace culture. The position offers a base salary range of TZS 400,000 – 500,000 per month.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in HR & Administration, preferably within a factory or manufacturing environment.
Solid knowledge of Tanzanian labor laws and standard HR practices.
Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to manage employee records, attendance, and payroll.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and multitask.
High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
Strong understanding of workplace health and safety standards.
