HR ASSISTANT @ HEROCEAN BAIZHUO TECHNOLOGY TANZANIA
Herocean Baizhuo Technology Tanzania is seeking a motivated HR Assistant to support the human resources department in various administrative and strategic functions. The role involves assisting in the recruitment and selection process by posting job advertisements and scheduling interviews with potential candidates. You will be responsible for maintaining and updating employee records and HR databases to ensure information accuracy.
The HR Assistant will also support the onboarding process for new employees, track attendance, manage leave records, and provide documentation for payroll support. Candidates must ensure compliance with Tanzanian labor laws and company policies while handling employee inquiries with professionalism. The remuneration for this role is TZS 300,000 (Gross) for the 6-month probation period, increasing to TZS 400,000 (Gross) upon passing probation.

Key Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 1–2 years of relevant working experience is an added advantage.
Basic knowledge of Tanzanian labor laws and employment regulations.
Good organizational and communication skills for team collaboration.
Ability to handle confidential information with high integrity.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications like Word and Excel.
Fluency in both English and Swahili for effective communication.
Experience in assisting with recruitment and selection processes.
Skills in attendance tracking and leave management systems.
Capability to prepare detailed HR reports and correspondence.
