hazglobal is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join their growing team in Tanzania. This role is fundamental to the company's expansion strategy, focusing on identifying new business opportunities and promoting comprehensive logistics services across air, sea, and road transport sectors. The successful candidate will be responsible for the entire sales cycle, from initial cold calling and lead generation to conducting professional client meetings and closing deals to meet ambitious growth targets. The position is based in Dar es Salaam and requires a professional individual who can provide tailored logistics solutions while maintaining exceptional customer service standards.
The remuneration package for this role is competitive, featuring a gross basic salary ranging from TZS 1,000,000 to TZS 2,000,000 per month, depending on the candidate's experience and the value they bring to the organization. In addition to the basic salary, the company provides a cellphone, covers fuel expenses for business travel, and offers a commission structure applicable upon achieving set targets. Reporting to the Country Manager and COO, the Sales Executive will work within a collaborative environment that values honesty, integrity, and a goal-oriented mindset.
