SALES EXECUTIVE @ HAZGLOBAL
Hazglobal is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to join their team in Tanzania. The primary focus of this role is to drive business growth within the Tanzania office by actively promoting the company's range of logistics and transportation services to potential clients. The successful candidate will be instrumental in identifying new market opportunities and building a robust pipeline of prospects to ensure the company's continued expansion in the region through proactive engagement and strategic outreach.
The role involves a mix of strategic business development and hands-on client relationship management. Key duties include cold calling, conducting both virtual and face-to-face meetings, and providing tailored logistics solutions covering Air, Sea, and Road transport. Candidates are expected to prepare detailed quotations, provide exceptional customer service, and consistently meet or exceed sales targets. The remuneration package includes a gross basic salary of TZS 1,000,000 – TZS 2,000,000 per month, with fuel for business travel covered by the company, a provided cellphone, and commission applicable upon achieving specific targets.

Key Requirements
Proven experience in sales and business development within the logistics industry.
Ability to perform effective cold calling to generate new business leads.
Proficiency in meeting clients both online and face-to-face for professional presentations.
Strong track record of achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets.
Skill in preparing accurate and professional quotations for logistics services.
Deep understanding of multimodal logistics solutions including Air, Sea, and Road transport.
Excellent communication skills with a high degree of professionalism.
Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients.
Strong problem-solving skills and high attention to detail in high-pressure environments.
Self-disciplined and goal-oriented mindset with a commitment to punctuality.
Willingness to travel within Dar es Salaam for business-related client meetings.
