Hardware Africa Ltd, the exclusive distributor for Jotun paints in Tanzania, is seeking a highly aggressive and experienced Sales Manager to lead its sales operations at a group level. The company, based in Tanzania, represents the renowned Jotun paints brand from Dubai and distributes products nationwide. The ideal candidate will be a results-driven professional currently working in the paint industry with a proven ability to drive sales growth and market penetration.
The position is based in Dar es Salaam and requires a candidate who can manage diverse sales teams and implement strategic initiatives to expand the company's footprint. Responsibilities include identifying new market opportunities, managing relationships with key stakeholders, and ensuring the sales targets are met across the country. Candidates must demonstrate deep knowledge of the paint industry and have the confidence to lead at a corporate level.

Key Requirements
Experience in the paints industry is mandatory.
