HANLINK MOTORS is seeking a dedicated Aftersales Personnel to manage the post-purchase lifecycle of heavy machinery, including excavators, bulldozers, cranes, and wheel loaders. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating maintenance services, conducting thorough machine inspections, and maintaining strong customer relationships through proactive follow-ups. This role is essential for ensuring technical solutions are delivered promptly and customer complaints are resolved efficiently.
In addition to technical coordination, the Aftersales Personnel will manage warranty claims, oversee spare parts availability, and prepare detailed service reports. You will also support machine commissioning and provide necessary training to operators to ensure equipment is used safely and effectively. This position requires a high level of technical expertise and a commitment to maintaining high standards of customer service documentation.

Experience in managing warranty claims and detailed service documentation.
Ability to coordinate spare parts requirements and ensure stock availability.
Proficiency in preparing comprehensive service reports and maintaining customer records.
Capability to support machine commissioning and conduct operator training sessions.
Strong interpersonal skills for effective customer relationship management.
Technical certification or diploma in mechanical engineering or a related field.
