CONSULTANT FOR RIGHT WAY FORWARD (RWF) METHODOLOGY AND HUMAN RIGHTS @ HAND IN HAND EASTERN AFRICA (TZ)
Hand in Hand Eastern Africa (Tanzania) is seeking a highly qualified and registered consulting firm to deliver specialized training focused on the Right Way Forward (RWF) Methodology and Human Rights. This initiative is part of the Business Beyond Barriers (BBB) Project, which aims to empower local communities through advocacy and rights-based education. The successful consultant will play a pivotal role in training 120 Advocacy Champions and 31 Duty Bearers.
The scope of work involves conducting comprehensive training sessions that cover advocacy, community action planning, and the implementation of rights-based approaches. Consultants will be required to utilize RWF manuals and specialized monitoring tools throughout the 12-day assignment. The project locations for this consultancy are Simanjiro and Siha Districts. Interested firms are expected to provide high-quality delivery and ensure measurable outcomes in alignment with the project's objectives.

Key Requirements
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in RWF Methodology
Demonstrated practical skills in RWF and Human Rights advocacy
Excellent communication skills in both English and Swahili
Proven proficiency in report writing in English and Swahili
Submission of one sample training manual from a similar previous consultancy assignment
Valid registration as a consulting firm
Ability to work effectively in Simanjiro and Siha Districts
Strong understanding of community action planning frameworks
Proven track record in facilitating training for advocacy champions and duty bearers
Competency in monitoring and evaluation tools related to RWF projects
