Habari Node Limited is seeking a dynamic Max Sales Executive to drive sales growth and profitability across various regions in Tanzania, specifically Mafinga, Mbeya, Arusha, and Babati. The role involves identifying potential residential and business customers, engaging them to understand their specific ICT needs, and offering tailored internet solutions to secure new accounts. The executive will be responsible for the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and tracking within CRM systems to coordinating with technical teams for installation. A key focus is maintaining high customer satisfaction during the initial months of service. Candidates must demonstrate autonomy, strong communication skills, and a proven track record in the technology sales sector to succeed in this fast-paced environment.
Key Requirements
Possession of a Diploma or Certificate in a Business-related field.
Minimum of 1 year professional experience in sales, specifically internet or tech products.
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
Advanced communication and negotiation skills to close business deals.
Proficiency in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to track leads.
Capability to work independently and manage time effectively without direct supervision.
Strong professional resilience and a high level of personal integrity.
Technical background or familiarity with IT solutions and infrastructure.
Strategic ability to identify and qualify new leads in both home and business sectors.
