Gwambina is seeking a dedicated and experienced Performance, Training & Development HR professional to join our team in Dar es Salaam. This role is critical in ensuring that our workforce is highly skilled and continuously improving to meet the strategic goals of the company. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of employee development, from identifying skill gaps to implementing comprehensive training strategies and managing performance appraisal systems.

Your duties will include designing training modules, evaluating the effectiveness of development programs, and providing guidance to managers on performance improvement plans. Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
Proven experience in HR with a specific focus on Training and Development functions.
Proficiency in performance management systems and modern evaluation methodologies.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse staff levels.
Ability to design, develop, and implement effective training programs and curricula.
In-depth knowledge of labor laws and employment regulations within Tanzania.
Experience in conducting thorough training needs assessments across departments.
Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects.
Ability to analyze HR metrics and provide data-driven insights for improvement.
Strong leadership and coaching abilities to mentor staff and guide management.
Fluency in English and Swahili to communicate effectively in the local work environment.
